Who we are

Pharmalogistic is the brand of Medtravel-R GmbH, a company registered in Vienna, Austria (Handelsgericht Wien, FN 258048 h). Since 2021 our team has supported healthcare providers and individual patients with international pharmaceutical sourcing and logistics.

We are an independent logistics intermediary. We are not a pharmacy, a wholesale distributor, a prescriber or a healthcare provider, and we do not manufacture medicines. Our role is to locate a medication through licensed channels, prepare the documentation the destination country requires and coordinate secure, temperature-controlled delivery.

How we work

Every request follows the same steps:

• Sourcing only from licensed pharmacies, clinics and manufacturers regulated by the EMA, the FDA or equivalent national authorities, with batch tracking and expiry monitoring.
• Verification of prescription requirements and import rules for the destination country before anything is shipped; a consultation with a licensed doctor can be arranged for a prescription review.
• Preparation of commercial invoices, customs declarations and the medical documentation required at the destination.
• Insulated packaging with cooling elements for medicines that must stay at 2–8 °C, sized for the longest expected transit time, in shock-resistant, tamper-evident and discreet outer boxes.
• International delivery with established courier partners such as DHL, FedEx and UPS, with tracking numbers and customs notifications by email and SMS.
• A personal reply within 48 hours by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, and support before and after delivery.

How our medication information is compiled

Each medication page describes an active ingredient (international non-proprietary name), not a branded product. Brand names are listed only to help identify the ingredient; they are trademarks of their respective owners, which we do not represent or distribute.

The content is compiled from publicly available regulatory and pharmacological sources, primarily DrugBank and the EMA Summary of Product Characteristics (SmPC) and European Public Assessment Reports (EPAR). Every page names its source and shows the date it was last reviewed.
